You have to call down 15-20 minutes before you need your car and if you lose your ticket it's more

then trying to get a new driver's license.

Hyatt (or at least this Hyatt) will gauge you such that you should have stayed elsewhere for a slightly higher rate and avoided the
hassle
(the Embassy Suites breakfast is comparable and all guests receive it).

The nearest train stop/metro is in the Loop and about a 10-15 minute walk so it's not bad if you're coming from O'Hare but some might find it a bit of a
hassle
if you have lots of luggage.
