5. Hyatt (or at least this Hyatt) will gauge you such that you should have stayed elsewhere for a slightly higher rate and avoided the hassle (the Embassy Suites breakfast is comparable and all guests receive it).

6. The nearest train stop/metro is in the Loop and about a 10-15 minute walk so it's not bad if you're coming from O'Hare but some might find it a bit of a hassle if you have lots of luggage.

10. My only complaint has to do with requesting a "smoking" room online(& I know it's not guaranteed), it always seems to be a bit of a hassle to find one when checking in.
