While the location is great, this hotel is
difficult
to navigate due to the two towers that only connect on certain floors.

It is
difficult
to single any one person out, since they were all consistently polite and helpful, but Brittany, at the lower level front deck was simply awesome.

Trying to eat breakfast on a saturday morning was a little
difficult
as the line wrapped around the lobby so we walked to the nearby Houlihans for their breakfast buffet which was reasonably priced and decent.

Getting a taxi at peak hours (bad weather & dinner time) can be

at the front door - walk underground to Michigan Ave & hail from the street.
