1. We had a room at the end of the hall and although it was far from the elevator, we didn't have any issues with noise that others have commented on.

5. When I said that these rooms were unacceptable due to the inevitable level of noise we would encounter, they said that these were the 'only two adjoining rooms left'.

6. I had two complaints about this hotel (1) we were bothered by elevator noise even though we were 2 rooms away, and (2) valet parking was very slow to get our car and had a little trouble communicating.

One more thing I would like to add I called corporate and complained and some lady in charge of the rooms said that the Hyatt regency Chicago does not allow bachelor parties in their hotels not for blacks anyway and she said that I would not get any of my money back because they had tp pay other guest back because of the noise from my party.
