1. One downside is the daily charge for wi-fi.

8. 5th- it is a very easy walk (5min) to michigan and the magnificent mile shopping, and to the theater district (7min to the Chicago theater) downsides- no pool (I didn't care since I didn't bring my kids this time) and no microwave to heat up your leftover deep dish pizza.
