1. My advice is to call and get directions, because I had them all written down from Google Maps, but they were useless due to construction.

2. My only constructive criticism is that the beds were a bit soft (I perfer a firm mattress), and that housekeeping didn't need to knock on my door at 9am to confirm that I was checking out that day and to ask the specific time the room would be free.

3. I had a room on the 31st floor with a crummy view of construction, but someone else in my group had a suite on the 20th floor with an amazing view, so that is obviously very hit or miss.

4. The West tower is in the middle of being renovated, so there is construction going on if that is a concern before you stay here.

6. The hotel was undergoing some renovation (particularly the blue East Tower), so I had some daytime construction noise, but it was quiet at night.
