1. This time we had 2 QUEEN BEDS & they were so soft & lumpy even our daughter was complaining about it.

3. The Big bar gets prett loud in the lobby and drinks are outrageously priced - but it is downtown Chicago so its hard to complain.

4. One more thing I would like to add I called corporate and complained and some lady in charge of the rooms said that the Hyatt regency Chicago does not allow bachelor parties in their hotels not for blacks anyway and she said that I would not get any of my money back because they had tp pay other guest back because of the noise from my party.

5. Cons: When checking out, there was a fee for receiving packages (i had bought a book from amazon), when I complained that there was no mention of that in the web site - they just removed it from my bill.

6. The only thing that I have to complain about is parking is very high (50 a day) and wifi isn't free.
