We were kind of shocked at our arrival, every thing is so old and dirty, the design at the lobby is weird, when we asked the staff concerning the rating given by expedia they responded:for now it is a 3 star but this summer when the tourists arrive it is going to be a 4 star hotel, i wonder what is going to change? The concierge had to give us a cable to plug in so we can get the internet.
