1. When we checked in there was a long line to the elevator which landed us on the service elevator, which was disgusting, not sure why they would let guest us such a nasty elevator.

4. Well that was definitely not the case, I was so disgusted that I immediately called to get an upgrade and was willing to pay whatever price but unfortunately everything was booked.

5. Flatotel is run by a bunch of dishonest crooks and the rooms are way smaller than advertised not to mention unliveable disgusting.

6. It was unkept, reaked of lysol, dirty stained rug, had an old disgusting kitchen, outdated bathroom, and the hallways to get to it looked like rent by the hour rooms.
