1. The hotel is on par with budget hotels I've stayed in no less than 50 hotels in NYC and only 2 were terrible.

4. The staff is terrible (Carlos the manager I dealt with was VERY helpful, professional and accommodating, but I can't say the same for his front desk staff).

5. The rollaway was awful-terribly lumpy, so after 2 nights we complained and asked to a new one and a credit for the first 2 nights which the front desk gladly accomodated.

7. The walls of our room were so thin we were able to hear the room next to us and their TV late at night, as well as the insulation of the room from the street was terribly ( we were on the 19th floor).
