1. Only downside was waiting for like 5-10 mins for a lift but seeing as the 2 lifts have to cater 40+ floors it's no wonder.

4. On the downside the rooms are incredibly tired (I am sure they looked swish i the 1980's when they were last decorated) and lack the basics (Mini barswitched on but completely empty??.

7. Just a couple of downsides - on arrival we had to wait for one of our rooms (we had booked 3 in total) - but it was worth it to get an upgrade.
