1. We had an issue with the A/C when we first got there and it was repaired when we notified them of the issue.

3. I wasn't planning on leaving anything until I heard the 'waiter' call out to a family who left which I only assumed was because of a tip issue or their slip so I just threw a $1 in the book and put dashes on each line of the receipt and booked it out of there.

The obnoxious Waiter in the breakfast room who seemed to have an issue with guests taking a coffee and some fruit up to the room - even though reception says this is OKSafe in room - Not working and maintenance couldn't fixLifts can take a long time during peak hoursOverall enjoyed the stay and found no real issues, staff with the exception of the one breakfast Waiter were all really friendly and helpful.
