4. After 2 night of staying there We checked out and checked into the Sheraton Hotel around the corner - where we had a better/cleaner room with lower prices and no complaints; fully stock of condiments, snack and drinks.

9. I'd read complaints about waiting ages for elevators however I don't think I ever waited longer than 20 seconds, so I don't know where this came from?.

10. I arrived to be told that my booking had been cancelled by the agent, however the hotel manager helped me out and upgraded me (I ended up in a suite, so no complaints there.
