1. Also, since it's in the middle of the block, the overall noise is not too bad as compared to some of the big hotels situated on the main avenues.

4. The best parts are the room size, very comfy beds, no noticable street noise, location, complementary continental breakfast, friendly staff, in-lobby bar with a neighborhood feel to it, and Gregory -- the most Broadway knowledgeable concierge I've found in all my years visiting NYC.
