The bathroom looks like it is from a eastern european prison (from movies I've seen) the tile and workmanship put into to laying the tile was subpar and they must have gotten a closeout special on the ugliest tile in the world, the tile isn't sealed so whenever a drop of water falls on any surface it looks like a gray stain until it dries and then it's still awful.

2. It was a really great corner room (minus the rock hard bed), and so close to Time Square and definitely would have been happy there, if it weren't for these 2 awful experiences.

3. The rollaway was awful-terribly lumpy, so after 2 nights we complained and asked to a new one and a credit for the first 2 nights which the front desk gladly accomodated.
