5. snow fell down really quickly whilst we were boarding, flew with continental airlines they cancelled the flight and closed the airport within half hour, gave us no information all the deserted the airport and fobbed us off with wrong information and lies, they sent the whole flight to another customer service desk and said the main one was closing when we got there that desk had closed as well, no representative stayed to update us, or give us advice, staff were very rude to us one member told me it was my own fault for coming to new york in the first place, i only wanted to know if there was complimentary food and drinks available the answer was theres a water fountain in the toilet.
