1. Could use some updaes - tv is small w poor picture - you get used to nice flat screens and these are not - no place for your stuff in the bathroom -comforter is thin w no extra blanket in the room.

2. However the rooms are quite small (But so are NY rooms, you get more if you pay more) if a standard room and this time the plumbing was poor - shower was slow and the plumbing made a noise.

7. we waited 15mins on the bellman, who was up at another customers bedroom( or so they say) the poor guy was rushed off his feet,after 15mins the queue (line) had 8 people waiting.
