3. wait, I will ask the Manager on Duty' - his response - tough, what do you want me to do - move your brother out of the room and move you in?' To say I was shocked would be an understatement - I was appalled - not only had they screwed up the original room booking and relet the room that had been paid for, the attitude of the so-called manager was upsetting as he was rude, spoke loudly as if it was my fault, and flapped his hands at me in a really dismissive manner - horrible.

4. The restaurant will cook you pretty much whatever you ask for, so minimizing the travel fatigue from eating lots of horrible fatty restaurant food.
