1. Wireless s really fast - but expensive at $16 a day -yikes Biggest issue is the noise -bell hop whistling for cabs, guy walking down the hall dropping off papers, room next door flushing toilet - you name it.

2. This really isn't a major issue if you are traveling for leisure, after all, we should be out experiencing the city.

3. used priorty reward points for this stay but would have been very disppointed had I paid rack rate small room street noise and the staff seemed to be trying to prove what I felt up untill now was the unfair view of new york service workers I stupidly locked my key in the room the lady on reception refused to issue a new one dispite having checked me in 15 mins earlier as I didn't have any id it was locked in the room had to wait untill my wife returned from shopping to get in glad I wasn't on my own.

4. The gentlemen working by the front door who deal with taxi/luggage issues couldn't not have been more helpful providing me with directions, etc.

5. I objected at check out and asked them to produce the signed checks by me which of course they could not do so they issued a credit to my card and gave me a printed receipt showing the credit and I thought all was OK.
