1. It was terrible start to our vacation and we were all very disappointed in the cramped room.

2. The rooms are little shabby, and it is a historic building so the bathrooms are a bit dated and cramped, but the size of the room is decent for NYC standards.

4. Our room (on the 3rd floor) was a bit cramped for three of us, we were expecting a room with 2 Queen sized beds (according to the travel agent), but we ended up with a put up bed for my young son (10 years old), but all in all, the service was good, room very clean - although we did have a huge air conditioning unit outside our window, I tend to sleep with earplugs in anyway, so the noise never bothered me, nor did it my son or husband, I suppose we were always so tired, but it may be an annoyance to some.
