1. Approached reception about my predicament the rude little man was not interested and didn't care that i had no money and told me the only thing they could do was transfer it onto my credit card but it may not clear 'til after id gone home, what use was that? I contacted my mum and she kindly re-loaded it for me the following morning.

9. wait, I will ask the Manager on Duty' - his response - tough, what do you want me to do - move your brother out of the room and move you in?' To say I was shocked would be an understatement - I was appalled - not only had they screwed up the original room booking and relet the room that had been paid for, the attitude of the so-called manager was upsetting as he was rude, spoke loudly as if it was my fault, and flapped his hands at me in a really dismissive manner - horrible.
