1. Because of this I would not recommend this hotel, this standard of hotel should not make a catalogue of errors like they did on my stay.

2. My main problem with this hotel was the cleaner removed a personal glass of mine that was in the room, unfortunately when the hotel did eventually get around to interviewing her several days later she lied and wouldn't even admit the possibility of taking it in error(these things happen, and could of accepted it and moved on, its not the end of the world) also until one front desk manager took ownership the whole issue was dealt with the professionalism of a five year old.

3. When the front desk attendant looked at my hotel account and acknowledged that my funds were withheld in error, he said that they would call my bank and have the funds released.

6. first of all the Barclays made an error with my booking and instead of two nights stay they only had me down as one even though I had been charged for two nights stay.

7. It transpired near the end of our stay that the error on check in was not down to our travel agent but an error by the hotel.
