Pros:-great location with quick breakfast spots right across the street-comfy couches near the gift shop-helpful conciergeCons:-priority desk staff was cold and unfriendly-door staff didn't actually offer to open doors or take our luggage? even after we tipped generously-bathrooms are small-overall cold feeling with staff, very few 'hellos' or 'welcomes'Overall, I expected a higher quality of service from IC staff.
