1. In the bathroom, the shower was roomy, but the toilet was in a tiny nook where it is hard to sit on it without banging your knees against a protruding wall.

6. The room, not tiny by NY standards but definitely tiny compared to the size of the pre-renovation rooms (and with no kitchen anymore) was 80 degrees and the thermostat does not work.

7. The 1BR suite in which I was placed was very roomy in the living and sleeping rooms, but tiny in the bathroom (except for the shower stall) - one could not sit comfortably without contorting knees, as their was a wide column post to work around.
