1. I'd heard of slow elevators in the hotel, but we never had a problem - never waiting more than a minute at most.

6. This is a good business hotel marred by the fact that the broadband access to slow (restricted to 512kbps at best in each room), which is unacceptable given that they charge extra for it.

9. The elevators were a bit slow, which apparently was due to the service elevator being refurbished, but the hotel had employees manning the elevators to help guests move on and off quickly.
