1. The issue that really irritates is that if you are payng more than 300USD a night a free internet should be included in the room's price.

3. We had a couple of minor issues (air con was a bit too cold and one of the two tv sets wasn't working properly) they fixed both problems quickly and without any fuss.

4. There was an issue with the cable at one point as they were switching providers, got a weird answer, it eventually got fixed but why was there an issue? The first time i ordered room service there were no utensils or napkins, i had to ask for it, strange.

7. Our room was in the back of the hotel so street noise was not an issue with the windows open but it could be in other rooms.

8. HVAC system is a little disappointing, in winter when you need heat, would not be an issue or summer when you need air conditining, not an issue but in April when you might need both, its a problem as they can only have 1 or the other on at any given time.
