1. It is February 24th and there is no heat on in this hotel and the front desk seems to think it is ridiculous for heat to be turned on in the hotel at this time of year.

2. Why should someone pay for a hotel that doesn't provide heat? They are sending up a space heater for the room, but that seems ridiculous for such a well rated hotel to provide no heat in the middle of February.
