1. The RARE restaurant is a disaster, staff are so un-welcoming and the food was terrible not to mention people drinking in the bar were making fun of my acent because i'm from the UK.

10. The hi speed internet was very expensive and the connection was terrible and there was a litany of excuses why it was not working although the internet in reception worked perfectly but you had to pay an arm and a leg to use that.
