5. The first night, there was a problem with the AC and only warm air was coming out; it was April and the outside temperatures were warm during the day and cool at night, which left the room warm at night with no AC.

6. We had a couple of minor issues (air con was a bit too cold and one of the two tv sets wasn't working properly) they fixed both problems quickly and without any fuss.

7. The only problem was we didn't get a room with a bathtub, which made it a little hard for bathing the kids, so if you do need a bathtub, do make a request.
