1. One of the 3 elevators was broken for half of our stay so we had to wait upwards of 10 minutes for the very small, very crowded elevator (I couldn't manage 9 floors of stairs with a stroller).

3. The staff at the desk and in house-keeping were polite, friendly, and unfailingly attentive to any requests, whether for more towels, to replace a broken coffee-maker, or to deal with a rude bouncer in the roof-top bar.

4. Just one minor complaint, we didn't like our hot our room got, we phoned the front desk because we thought the aircon was broken but they informed us because it was cold outside the aircon was running at neutral, however, we didn't think it was that cold outside and our room was definately at an above average temperature.

5. Only glitch was a broken elevator which reminded me one more time why not to stay on the higher floors- but it was fixed in a timely manner and the staff did all they could to help.
