1. You walk into the room, and the first thing you notice is that the floor squeaks with each step and the second thing you observe is that the carpet is dated, rather dirty and not one you would ever want to walk barefoot on.

2. The rooms are clean, quiet, up-to-date with modern furnishings, and the bathrooms are much larger than most hotels in Manhattan.

5. The walls are pretty thin, we could hear our neighbour arranging dates while he fought with his girlfriend on the phone.

8. We have stayed in many different hotels in New York City and surrounding areas when visiting NYC, and this one has been the best to date.

9. The only slightly negative coment I would make is the music, personally I would have liked a New York slant on the music (brat pack etc), whereas they played more up to date music which gave it a more trendy edge, but obviously this comment is only based on personal choice.

10. the room was a good size (1bedroom suite) decor could have been more up to date with a good lick of white paint instead of the brown walls, better lighting also as was quite dark , but was clean and the maids were great.
