1. It is a quieter vibe though with smaller bars and restaurants but it's not loud or rowdy and you feel very safe walking around at night.

8. We use a white noise machine at night but between that and the heavy curtains, there was hardly any noise from anywhere on the 8th floor - no people noise from above or other rooms, no loud music, sirens, horns, etc.
