2. the rooms are beautiful (six pillow menu anyone??), the people at the desk are special and cannot do enough for you, the concierge was friendly and very knowledgeable, and i particular loved the bed, instead of 'do not disturb' signs on the doors they may have signs such as 'i refuse to get out of this comfortable bed' lol.

4. What did it though, was that mad housekeeper knocking on at least 7 doors Saturday morning shouting 'housekeeping; will you need your room serviced today?' We had our do not disturb card on, so we didn't get a knock, but you can imagine we were awaken - on the only day we could sleep in beyond 6 am.

5. This is why it is so important to have a nice staff and a clean room because it helps you overlook some of the minor disturbances/refurbishment which occur from time to time in a hotel.
