1. We placed a room service order, and one of the item was wrong, so they sent up a complimentary creme brulee, but we were so annoyed by this point in time, it didn't matter.

2. 25 per day package to keep that fee lower, but even when we did that we still had issues on being billed wrong as well even after I called and verified it, another trip to the front desk.

We started off at check - in and I pulled up to what I thought was registration parking, I later realized I had passed the registration parking and was really pulling up to valet, but the valet guy, Dick, didn't even tell us we were in the wrong spot, welcomed my girl friend and I, and offered to watch my car while we check-in.

7. We were wrong and unhappily disappointed to meet more of that same rough, crowd at what we had hoped would be a peaceful escape.

8. The bell desk told us the wrong building to go to and we drove around for 15 minutes in the dark (lugged our suitcases and 2 tired kids up and down stairs) before we found our room.
