1. We had an issue with the internet charge and she basically told us we were lying.

2. If you have any health issues or are over 50 stay away from the rooms on the cliffs.

3. The grounds were clean but maintenance was an issue for simple things like handrails, elevators and signage-perhaps an indicator of how hard this hotel has been hit by the recession.

4. The parking was also an issue because in many cases you had to navigate and park on very steep hills and this is not easy to do, especially at night.

7. The resort's grounds are very pretty, and some of the buildings are located above others on the hill -- the resort offers a free shuttle service within the property for those who may have mobility issues.
