Walking the property is
difficult
in some areas (steep hills), however, they do provide a shuttle service.

Yes, it can be
difficult
to walk around the property, from room to pool, or pool to pool, but once we figured out some of the short-cuts, it was great.

It's
difficult
to navigate and REALLY
difficult
to park- you have to parallel park on a curved, narrow, dead-end road where there is no place to turn around.

I stayed on the second story of a building and there was no elevator, which was not a big deal apart from making it
difficult

The property is huge, sits on a mountain and at night it is not well lit so finding your suite can be
difficult
.

I would encourage hotel management to pair up younger staff with more experienced staff for a little coaching on handling
difficult
guests.
