3. please know that i am easy to please and have never written a negative review in my life, i just couldnt believe that this woman would be so rude and argumentative with me, when we were being put out of our rooms at 11 pm, no bellman showed up and my daughter had bites on her belly and back which she asked me how did i not know that it wasnt a mosquito??? if it was , thats great.

4. she proceeded to argue with me about the bedbug situation and said that there is no way that there could be bugs since security didnt see them , i happened to look this up online and know that it is not true,,, even one bug can bite and not be found on first glance, i also told her that my daughter was the only one of us to sit on the couch and she continued to argue with me and was really rude.
