5. please know that i am easy to please and have never written a negative review in my life, i just couldnt believe that this woman would be so rude and argumentative with me, when we were being put out of our rooms at 11 pm, no bellman showed up and my daughter had bites on her belly and back which she asked me how did i not know that it wasnt a mosquito??? if it was , thats great.

6. The only negative, is that is was a bit of a drive to get to some of the surrounding attractions, but only an extra 15 minutes or so.

10. We appreciate that touch, but what we'd appreciate more is that the things people repeatedly complain about on here would be changed/fixed/improved so that there wouldn't be so many negative comments to spin in the first place.
