6. It was also disturbing that the new couch was already ripped and that the new cocktail and end tables had brown cardboard glued to them in various places (packing materials which are stuck to the metal frames).

8. The room was excellent, with a separate sitting area with a bathroom between it and the bedroom with 2 doors, so you could easily stay up late to watch TV without disturbing anyone sleeping.
