1. I called the desk to inquire about it [ and complain] and guess what? There was another room available with a courtyard.

4. complaints were minor, but here they are: Bathroom sink had a little dirt in it on check inBathroom fan didn't work, didn't complain about it at the time because I didn't realize it didn't work until I went to someone else's room after checkout.

5. When smokers did check in to the building, it was very apparent, as the entire room stank, and we could no longer enjoy our private balcony without breathing cigarette smoke, so I called and complained and was moved the next day, to the main building.
