1. We had a problem with people in a room near ours and the front desk people found instant, creative solutions to our problem, and knocked some money off our bill for our inconvenience, which was much appreciated.

3. The only thing is that you need to ring for a van to take you to most of the public areas and when you are traveling with kids that can be an inconvenient.
