1. There was a rolling office-type chair (great for using after you get tired of the other, uncomfortable furniture), but the back on it couldn't be locked in the upright position, so you can't lean back if you decide to watch TV while you're sitting in it.

4. We were on the 5th floor and the air conditioner was not working properly so the first night was pretty uncomfortable and then the toilet continued to clog so maintenance had to come out.

6. The facilities were very nice my biggest complaint was that the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and because of a walking disability I asked for a room close to the elevator and was given one pretty far and had to do a lot of uncomfortable walking.

8. The sofa bed consisted of a piece of something they called a mattress that was VERY uncomfortable, slept the rest of the time on just the sofa itself.
