2. I answer, that's poor customer service not to mention it at all to your customers, I also mention that Stay-cations are usually for people on a budget, with a certain amount of money to spend, and reserved for their trip.

3. As the resort is in a small mountain valley the cell phone reception in the rooms was bad, very bad, had we been up on the hill this time I bet it would have been fine but those who had AT&T, T Mobil, Verizon, the old AllTel all had poor coverage in the rooms on the first floor.

4. The front desk staff who assisted us on several occasions (Helen, Ester and Hannah) helped make our stay after a poor experience at the Grand Canyon Best Western, very memorable.
