2. broken light fixtures, windowless bathroom with no working lamps or fan, the cord in the phone in the bedroom would not stay connected (so you couldn't call the desk without having to hold it in place), toothpaste 'over-spray' (read: spit) on the bathroom walls, we had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom within 5 minutes of getting into our room, etc.

3. The staff was wonderful and responded promptly to our requests (stopped up toilet and then a broken part in the tank, two visits).

6. There were many other issues that were disheartening, including a broken shower lever, dirty bedding, slightly torn fabric on the couch, rattling fan, no wi-fi included, receiving a 2 Queen bed room when we requested a 1 King room, etc.

7. Pros: VERY comfortable bed, great pools and hot tubs (8+ to choose from), beautiful landscaping, ample free parking, quiet rooms, nearby hiking trail, tennis courts, exercise centerCons: room had some flaws - broken drawer on a dresser, banged up trim in the bathroom, but nothing major.

8. Refrigerator was broken so they brought me another one, and put it in the middle of the living area (lets not forget the magazines they had to prop it up with because the feet were broken).

9. Another main main issue we had was that the elevator near our room was broken the first night we were there and we had to lug our stuff down 3 flights of stairs, and after reporting that it was broken no one seemed to care.
