1. )It is a great location - easy exit on/off the freeway and very accessible and reasonable self-parking.

The reason I like this hotel is the flow and layout, its very nice and bright inside and even though there were 3 conferences there, it was a nice busy not a chaotic busy, I never saw anyone ever complaining at the front desk and generally everyone seemed happy, I think 'THE VOICE' contestants or some people related to the show are staying there, and on several nights the hotel is sold out, as 3 people were turned away whilst I was drinking at the bar.

5. The location is also a winner- you can walk from the hotel to Universal Studios and Universal city and hotel parking is reasonable.

The other thing that annoyed me, and one of the reasons we went back to this Hotel, after the last trip, we had a letter saying that we would be given a free entry to UNIVERSAL, this latter was emailed back to them a couple of weeks before went, but the desk knew nothing, and the offer was never given to us.
