2. We were also told that we should be grateful for having the balcony as people who were higher up were always complaining it was too hot and the air conditioning did not work - at least we were able to cool the room down via the badly fitting windows.

7. While the location is very convenient to Universal Studios, the hotel also offers a cool lobby/bar area, and pleasant restaurant, and the food is very good.

9. HVAC system is building-wide, if the building is on heat, and you want cool - you are out of luck.

10. Some club level room? The room was HOT all the time and never cooled down due to a 40 year old central air system that is either 'heat' or 'cool' on for the entire building.
