1. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious (we were on the 19th floor) and despite the excitement from all THE VOICE contestants and their families/friends staying there, we didn't hear a peep.

Its a strange thing to rave about but their computer centre, is a lovely warm and bright workspace right round the corner and a great place where people are meeting as well as doing work, unlike other hotels, it is not held behind bulletproof glass and 70 combination locks in some dreary corner of the hotel, instead its big open desks that produce a lovely working enviroment at any time of day or night and there is a big TV adjacent to watch the news and sports.

4. The pool area is lovely, I was nicely surprised that the water uses as little chlorine as possible so you dont get that 'pool' smell, there isnt a pool service as someone waiting on you hand and foot, but the restaurant is right next to it and would bring you out whatever you ordered.

5. We were given a lovely room on the second floor which at first I was apprehensive about, usually higher the better for me, but my friend LOVED, I mean LOVED the room, centrally overlooked the pool, a wonderful little balcony and easy access to the lobby, pool and dining area.

7. At Citywalk you can shop and dine, isn't lovely?The real problem we had at the hotel was with neighbors screaming, running and slamming doors at 1:30 A.
