1. Suggest walking up the hill to CityWalk where a variety of restaurants and bars have much better choice and value.

2. Thanks Sheraton Universal-If you stay at starwood owned hotels often, register with SPG they offer great perks no other hotel's offer the more starpoints you save the better the perks are.

3. We were given a lovely room on the second floor which at first I was apprehensive about, usually higher the better for me, but my friend LOVED, I mean LOVED the room, centrally overlooked the pool, a wonderful little balcony and easy access to the lobby, pool and dining area.
