1. We had a noise issue due to the people next door (small infant) and the front desk could not have nicer about quickly moving us to a new room.

3. Other reviewers have stated have a room facing the pool to avoid traffic noise, we had a room on the opposite side to the pool and we could not hear any traffic noise.

4. We are offered a connecting room and can hear clearly the TV noise from next door, not to mention the sound of excitement from kids during check-in time at around 2-3pm.

5. The problem was that the glass patio window was not airtight and not at all soundproofed so the noise from the freeway was loud at all times.

6. On arrival at the room the main thing we noticed was the noise from the freeway outside the balcony (not sure why you would ever want to sit on it and overlook the traffic).

7. They did do a repair to the toilet which helped but keeping the door closed at night handled the noise problem.

9. The hotel is located on the side of the freeway with ease to travel towards the Pacific Coast but noise from the traffic which in LA is considerable is not a problem.

10. The other issue was that we were on the 20th floor and there was some sort of noise that sounded as if a pipe was being flushed out every 15 min or so.
