8. free continental breakfasts are standard in every podunk 2-star hotel, why not a 4-star one like this? Perhaps they just wanted you to order their ridiculously overpriced room service ($17+delivery fee+mandatory gratuity for eggs benedict? No thanks.

10. You could wait on the free shuttle or walk (which seemed to be quicker than waiting on the shuttle).
