1. We had a noise issue due to the people next door (small infant) and the front desk could not have nicer about quickly moving us to a new room.

Its a strange thing to rave about but their computer centre, is a lovely warm and bright workspace right round the corner and a great place where people are meeting as well as doing work, unlike other hotels, it is not held behind bulletproof glass and 70 combination locks in some dreary corner of the hotel, instead its big open desks that produce a lovely working enviroment at any time of day or night and there is a big TV adjacent to watch the news and sports.

10. The Hotel lobby was very Art Deco in colours and style and the staff were amazingly helpful when our key was lost and a new one was generated whilst I waited.
